What and why?

Involving young people in humanitarian aid and development is crucial because they offer fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a deep understanding of what their communities really need. They're not just beneficiaries; they're change-makers who bring energy and enthusiasm to the table. By engaging them, we ensure that our efforts are more relevant, sustainable, and impactful. Young individuals, who are often digital natives, are also adept at leveraging technology for social good, making them invaluable in modern humanitarian efforts. Their active participation helps create a sense of ownership and empowerment, leading to more resilient communities. Moreover, involving youth prepares the next generation of leaders, equipping them with the skills and experience they need to continue the work of creating a better world. In short, engaging young people isn't just beneficial; it's essential for meaningful and lasting change in humanitarian aid and development.

What we do

Younger generations are the foundation of future peace and stability. We work with youth programmes focussed on social cohesion and peacebuilding. We conduct programme scoping and design, and full-cycle monitoring and evaluation.
